Yellow Belt

I now hold a yellow belt in Thai Kickboxing.  Last time I wore yellow at the waist, it was twelve years ago.  It is a bit awkward wearing it now, but slightly less awkward than wearing at white belt.  My dad and brother got their blue belts in Kickboxing as well.  Mom got another stripe on her black.  She has three more to go before she qualifies to go for her next degree.

And I did that obnoxious workout after an equally obnoxious Tae Kwon Do workout.  I am amazed I was able to stand afterward.  I did accidentally stop on someone's heel during class.  We were doing drills on punching bags and faced opposite directions from each other.  We backed up at the same time and collided.  She was limping for a bit.  I felt bad, but there was not really time for me to focus on that too much.  We will have to be more careful.

I currently work in downtown Seattle and experience all the adventure that comes with that.
