Snow and Rain

We got two inches of snow at my house last night. To some, I know, that does not sound like much, but here in the Seattle area, it is enough to potentially grind everything to a halt.

The snow was supposed to start around the time most people would have been driving home from work. It held of until around 2000 around my house. Those of us who went to Kickboxing last night were greeted by the falling snow as we left.

And it accumulated quickly. Eventually, though, it warmed enough to turn to rain. There was still a fair amount of snow on the ground as I got ready for school, and I had to unbury my car, but the roads were clear. Other than an obnoxious pothole, I had no major issues on the way to campus.
